As our items are cosmetic and personal care products, all sales are typically final once items have been opened or utilized.
This policy is to maintain product integrity and to prevent contamination of skincare items.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is:
• damaged during shipping
• defective
• incorrect
please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
When submitting a request, please provide:
• your order number
• images of the product and packaging
• a concise description of the issue
After review, we may propose one of the following solutions:
• replacement product
• store credit
• refund (in approved cases)
Amped Glow retains the right to decide the appropriate resolution.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
4. Skin Sensitivity & Reactions
Individual skin types differ, and skincare products can impact people uniquely.
Therefore:
• we highly suggest performing a patch test prior to use
• Amped Glow cannot assure compatibility with every skin type
Refunds are typically not granted for individual skin reactions or sensitivities.
If irritation occurs, stop use immediately and consult a qualified professional if necessary.
5. Shipping Issues
Amped Glow is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
• carrier delays
• weather conditions
• customs processing
• incorrect address information provided by the customer
Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility shifts to the recipient.
If a package goes missing in transit, please contact us so we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Return Eligibility
Returns may only be accepted if:
• the item is unused and unopened
• the return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• the item is approved by our support team
Customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is due to a verified mistake by Amped Glow.
